The staff of the Historic Gateway Neighborhood Corporation has developed specific expertise in project development from planning and conception, to design and development finance. Since the early 1990s, the District has seen over $400 million in incremental development including adaptive re-use of historic structures, mixed-use residential projects, hotels and some new construction projects.
